Vizi: Tell us about yourself as a photographer.
David: In 1957, when I was 20 years old, I was selected to be on the USA team for the 8th World Games for the Deaf. At that time, going to the World Games included touring Europe before and after the Games. I decided to buy a camera in Germany and took over 300 pictures during my travels in Europe and during the Games. This was one of the pictures that I took. When I returned to college that fall, the camera got stolen. I did not take many pictures after that.
Vizi: Where and when did you take that winning photo? Is there a story behind the picture?
David: The picture was taken in 1957, in Rome, Italy. I was so thrilled to see something so famous like the Colosseum. I took many pictures outside and inside the Colosseum. The craftsmanship was very fascinating to me.
Vizi: What equipment did you use for that shoot?
David: I do not remember what kind of camera it was other than that it was a 35mm camera.
Vizi: What are your thoughts about Vizi365 as a business?
David: Vizi business is a marvelous business and it has a lot of potential. I support it wholeheartedly and look forward to seeing its growth and success.
Vizi:What advice would you give someone who would like to become a photographer or a Vizi Affiliate?
David: Becoming an Affiliate is a great way to be involved with this business. It can bring good income to the Affiliates.
Congratulations to David Wilding! Good luck with your future photo entries!
