Yes! Your business can be transferred after death by a will or anytime, for any reason, to a person, non-profit organization, etc.

North Dakota’s laws in regard to companies like Vizi365 are restrictive and do not provide for an amicable environment for business operations. Unfortunately, we have decided not to accept Affiliates from North Dakota; however, anyone in the state is welcome to be a customer!

Here are the steps for how to change credit card information to renew your Business Center: 1) Log-in your account on Vizi365. 2) Click on your name on the top right corner. There will be a drop-down menu. 3) Go to your Dashboard. 4) Click on “My Downline.” 5) Click on the icon for your profile on the top right corner. There will be a drop-down menu. 6) Click on “My Profile.” 7) Click on “Next Shipment” (shown with a calendar icon next to it). 8) Click “View AutoShip Profile” - it is a black button on the right side of the screen. 9) Finally, click on “Edit Payment.” 10) Add the new credit card information. 11) Be sure to click “Save.” Your membership renewal will be applied to the new credit card number.

If you are absolutely sure you want to cancel, here are the steps to cancel your renewal: 1) Log-in your account on Vizi365. 2) Click on your name on the top right corner. Due to the nature of our products, our subscriptions come with credit, thus the restriction on subscriptions for our Florida patrons. No, Affiliates will still qualify for Photo Contest prizes, Royalties, and Retail Sales Commissions (RSC) whether or not Minimum Sales Requirement (MSR) is met.

No. With Vizi365, you don’t earn anything from sponsoring people. Your Business Center Commissions are calculated from the Business Volume of the sales and purchases that Affiliates in your Business Center generate.

Yes, for both Retail Sales Commissions (RSC) and for Business Center Commissions, you need to sell products. You don’t need to make certain levels of sales to receive Retail Sales Commissions, but to receive all of your potential Business Center Commissions, you must meet monthly Minimum Sales Requirements (MSR).

If you are a customer, there are no deadlines. If you are an Affiliate, your sales and personal purchases need to be done by the end of each month in order for them to count towards your Minimum Sales Requirement for maximum Business Center Commissions.

No, all purchases are final. Because our products are digital, once they are purchased and downloaded, they can’t be canceled.

You are limited to 4 times the number of credits you receive per monthly renewal. So if you don't use up your credits, and the number of unused credit add up to more than 4 times the number, your subscription will be suspended. For example, if you subscribed to PP5 (which means you receive credit for 5 Individual Images each month), but don’t redeem the credits and your total credits reach 20 (5 X 4), the subscription expires You won’t be able to purchase more Individual Images until at least 75% of your credit has been redeemed. To avoid having your subscription(s) expire, redeem your credits on a timely basis.

First, you need to make sure that you don’t have any pending credit. That means you need to use up all the credits you have accrued on your account. When you don’t have any credits remaining, cancel your subscription. Then create a new subscription with the new credit card information.

No. An email will be sent only when pictures are declined. However, if you click on My Submissions in your Affiliate back office, you will be able to see when your submission is accepted.

No. If a picture was accepted to a contest but doesn’t win, it can’t be re-submitted because after each picture is accepted into a contest, it goes into our PhotoStock and the re-submission of the same picture would mean duplicates of the same image in PhotoStock.

Yes and No. If a picture was declined because it did not fit in with the theme for a ViziSparkle contest, you can re-submit it to another contest. If a picture was declined because it violated one of the Contest Rules or because of some other picture-quality reason, we suggest you don’t re-submit it. It will just be declined again.

No. Once you enter something into a Photo Contest and it was declined, you will not be able to enter something else. You can try again the following month with a new Photo Contest.

Affiliates who submit a photo that Vizi365 deems unacceptable will be notified. The photo will be deleted from submissions and will not be entered into the contest nor will it be added to ViziStock.

All submitted images are checked to ensure that they don’t violate our Contest Rules. If an image includes weapons, for example, or a hate message, it will be declined and a message will be sent to the Affiliate who submitted it. Images that are blurry, are of low quality, or have other undesirable qualities will also be declined. Submissions to ViziSparkle contests that are not related to the theme of the particular month’s contest will be declined as well. Vizi365 reserves the right to decline a submitted picture for any reason.

Each Affiliate can submit one picture per contest.

Each contest starts at 5 p.m. Mountain Time on the 1st day of each week and ends at 5 p.m. Mountain Time two Sundays later. Click on the Contest tab at Vizi365.com to see specific dates for each contest.

Yes. The photographs that you photoshop need to be your own, though, or the pictures must be ones that you have permission to photoshop and submit.

Administrators at Vizi365 will then choose the best 100 pictures from submissions to each contest based on a variety of qualification parameters which include, but are not limited to, quality, uniqueness, variety, and appeal. All decisions by the administration are final and can’t be appealed. Affiliates will vote for winning photos. Each contest will have 25 winners: one Grand Winner and 24 ViziStars.

Each Affiliate can vote at least once per contest. When Affiliates move up in rank, they get more votes per contest: Platinum Executives have 2 votes, Ruby Executives have 3 votes, Emerald Executives have 4 votes, Sapphire Executives have 5 votes, and Diamond Executives have 6 votes. NOTE: No Affiliate can vote more than twice for the same photo and Affiliates can’t vote for their own pictures.

Eight weeks after the start of each contest, winning submissions are published in a ViziMagazine (ViziLook Magazine or ViziSparkle Magazine) and offered for sale in ViziStock.

Pictures that are submitted and accepted into all ViziContests, both those that win prizes and those that don’t, are moved into ViziStock and sold as Individual Images.

Affiliates that submit photos will always retain ownership of the photos that they submit to ViziContests. In addition to giving prizes to Affiliates whose submissions win the most Affiliate votes, Vizi365 also ensures that Affiliates receive royalties when customers purchase their pictures. However, Affiliates understand that when customers purchase their pictures, they are able to use the pictures any way they want, except sell them.

HOW: When Affiliate voting ends, Vizi judges go over the results and confirm the winning photographs. Winners will then receive an email letting them know that their pictures have been selected to be ViziStars. WHEN: Winners will be notified at the end of each contest period which is 8 weeks after submissions start. For example, if a contest begins during the first week of February, it will end during the last week of March and winners announced on the last day of that week.

They begin and end at midnight UTC - the Coordinated Universal Time zone which is used internationally. When it is midnight UTC, it is 8pm Eastern Time and 5 pm Pacific Time. Each ViziContest allows two weeks for submissions and for voting. Please ensure that you submit your entries or vote for your favorite pictures in a timely manner.
